Insurance
A power dialer for insurance agencies and brokers
Insurance teams call two kinds of people: new quote requests and existing clients up for renewal. NitroDialer handles both from your CRM, keeps clients with their own broker, and stores a compliance record for every call.
What gets in the way
Clients belong to a broker
A renewal call from a stranger feels wrong. Shared dialing tools hand any client to any agent.
Quote requests go stale
Online quote requests are shopping several carriers. The broker who calls back first gets the conversation.
Audit questions
When a client asks why they were called, you need to show when, by whom and on what basis.
How NitroDialer fits
- Owner-only campaignsEach broker is matched to their CRM user and only dials clients they own. Callbacks return to the same broker.
- Quotes at the front of the queueNew quote requests posted to the inbound webhook ring the next free broker ahead of the renewal list.
- Evidence on every callEach call stores the lead's local time, call type, consent basis and which national list upload was in force.
- Dialing mode
- Preview for renewals, power for new quotes
- Assignment
- Owner-only: brokers dial their own clients
- Attempts
- 5 in total, 1 per day
- Sources
- CRM view of renewals due in 60 days, inbound webhook for quotes

- Consumer; existing clients marked with their relationship

How it worksQuestions
Can a broker only see their own clients?
In an owner-only campaign, each broker is served only the records they own in the CRM. Managers still see the whole campaign.
Do existing clients need to be checked against the national do-not-call list?
In the US and Canada, calls to people with an established business relationship are exempt within set time limits (for example, 18 months after their last purchase or payment). Mark the basis on the record; ask your counsel how it applies to your book.
