Callbacks and retries
Retry rules by outcome and callbacks that go back to the same rep
Set when each lead is tried again based on what happened: no answer, busy, voicemail. Callbacks are booked to the agent who took the call and dialed at the exact time.
- Mon 10:14No answerRang 25 s, hung up · retry in 3 hours
- Mon 13:20Left voicemailDaily cap reached · retry tomorrow
- Tue 18:05Connected · Call back laterBusy cooking dinner, call Thursday
- Thu 16:00Callback with SofiaSame agent, inside calling hours
Leads get hammered or forgotten
Without rules, some leads get called five times in a morning and others are never tried again after one missed call.
Each outcome decides what happens next
No answer comes back after a gap, busy comes back in minutes, voicemail comes back the next day. A booked callback goes to the same agent at the time the lead asked for.
How it works
Retry rules
Defaults you can change per campaign and per outcome.
- Separate retry gaps for no answer, busy and voicemail
- Maximum attempts per lead, and per lead per day
- Wrong-number and not-in-service mark that number bad and move to the lead's next number
- Do-not-call and closed outcomes take the lead out of every campaign
Callbacks
Quick picks (in an hour, tomorrow morning, tomorrow evening) or an exact time. The booking agent gets the lead first, and anyone can take it if it's more than ten minutes overdue.
At a glance
- Defaults
- No answer 2 h, busy 15 min, voicemail next day, 6 attempts, 2 per day
- Callback routing
- Same agent first, then the team after 10 minutes
