HVAC & home services
A power dialer for HVAC and home-services sales teams
Furnace, heat pump and rebate leads cool off fast: homeowners fill in two or three forms and book whoever calls first. NitroDialer puts new leads at the front of the queue, dials them through Dialpad, and writes the booked assessment straight back to your CRM.

What gets in the way
Leads arrive in bursts
A rebate ad or a cold snap brings fifty forms in an hour. Reps working by hand call the first few and the rest wait until tomorrow.
Homeowners compare quotes
The first company to reach the homeowner usually books the in-home visit. A lead called three hours later is often already booked elsewhere.
Notes live in three places
Call notes end up in Dialpad, a spreadsheet and the CRM, so the technician arrives without knowing the furnace age or the rebate the homeowner asked about.
How NitroDialer fits
- New form leads ring firstPoint your Meta lead forms, website or CRM workflow at the speed-to-lead webhook. New leads skip ahead of the list and ring the next free rep.
- Book the visit on the callAn Appointment set outcome updates the lead status in your CRM and writes the rep's notes, so dispatch sees the details before the visit.
- Retry until someone answersNo-answer leads come back on a schedule you set, up to a daily cap, inside the lead's local calling hours.

How it worksQuestions
Can we call rebate leads that came from Facebook lead ads?
Yes. Send them to your CRM as usual and have a workflow post the new record to the campaign's inbound webhook, or send them to the webhook directly with a tool like Zapier or Make.
Do homeowners who filled in a form count as express consent?
Not automatically. In the US and Canada an inquiry creates an established business relationship that exempts the number from the national do-not-call list for a limited time (3 months in the US, 6 months in Canada), but that isn't the same as express consent. Record the consent basis on the lead and ask your counsel how it applies to your forms.
