Power dialer
A power dialer for Dialpad that never drops a live answer
NitroDialer is a 1:1 power and preview dialer for Dialpad. Agents work CRM lists from one screen with the Dialpad softphone built in, with no abandoned calls.

Manual dialing eats the day
Reps copy numbers out of the CRM, wait on rings, then type notes back in. Most of a calling block goes to everything except conversations. Predictive dialers fix the pace but connect people to silence while an agent is still busy, which is exactly what regulators and customers hate.
Power dialing, one line per agent
NitroDialer places the next call through the agent's own Dialpad app the moment wrap-up ends. Exactly one call per available agent, so a person who answers always hears a rep. Preview mode is there for high-value leads: the agent reads the record and clicks Call when ready.
How it works
One screen, the Dialpad softphone built in
The Dialpad softphone sits on the left, the lead card and script in the middle, notes and outcomes on the right. Agents never switch tabs to their CRM mid-session.
- Lead card shows name, company, the number being dialed, other numbers, the lead's local time and earlier calls
- Big state band shows Ringing, On call or Wrap-up with a running timer
- Pause with a reason (break, lunch, meeting, coaching) so time-in-state stays honest
Pacing you control per campaign
Managers set the wrap-up countdown, how long to let a number ring before hanging up, and how many attempts each lead gets in total and per day.
- Wrap-up countdown before the next dial (agents can hold or call early)
- Automatic hang-up after a set ring time so agents never wait on a dead line
- Preview mode with optional auto-dial after a set number of seconds
- Mobile or main phone first, skipping numbers marked bad
Hotkeys for every outcome
Number keys pick the outcome, Enter saves it. A typical wrap-up is a keystroke and a sentence of notes, then the next lead is ringing.
Built for Dialpad's rules
Dialpad allows a limited number of API-placed calls per user each minute. One-line power dialing stays well inside that limit, and NitroDialer backs off automatically if a burst hits it.
