This policy explains how NitroDialer (“we”) handles personal information. We handle it in line with the privacy laws that apply to us and to the customers we serve, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where we're based.
What we collect
- Account details from your Dialpad sign-in: name, email and Dialpad user ID.
- Customer records you choose to dial, synced from your CRM or uploaded by you, and the call outcomes and notes your team records.
- Call metadata from Dialpad: times, durations, and recording links and AI summaries when enabled.
- Website form submissions and basic visit attribution such as referrer and campaign parameters.
How we use it
To run the service for your workspace, sync results to your CRM, enforce calling rules, provide support and improve the product. We don't sell personal information.
Where it's stored
[Hosting regions and sub-processors to be listed here.]
Retention
Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request after it closes, except records we must keep by law, such as internal do-not-call requests.
