Salesforce

Dial Salesforce Lead and Contact list views, log calls as completed Tasks, and update Lead Status from each call outcome.

Connect Salesforce to dial Lead and Contact list views and log every call as a completed activity.

Connect

  1. In NitroDialer, go to Settings → Integrations and choose Salesforce.
  2. Sign in with a Salesforce user who can read Leads and Contacts, see the list views you'll dial, and create activities.
  3. Approve access. You're returned to Settings with your org's name shown.

Your Salesforce edition needs API access (Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer include it; Professional needs the API add-on). Sandboxes connect the same way when NitroDialer is configured with the sandbox login URL.

When you connect Salesforce, outcomes are set to update Lead Status using Salesforce's default picklist values. Change them in Settings → Call outcomes to match your own picklist.

OutcomeLead Status
Appointment set, Interested — follow up, Call back laterWorking - Contacted
Not interested, Do not callClosed - Not Converted

No answer and voicemail outcomes don't change Lead Status by default.

Status updates only apply to Leads. Contacts don't have a Lead Status, so Contact campaigns only get notes and call activities.

Speed-to-lead from Salesforce

Use a record-triggered Flow with an HTTP callout (or an outbound message relayed through Zapier or Make) to push new Leads into a campaign. See Speed-to-lead webhook.
