Pipedrive

Dial Pipedrive people filters, add call notes and call activities, and keep your Pipedrive timeline complete.

Connect Pipedrive to dial people from your saved filters and keep every call on the person's timeline.

Connect

  1. In NitroDialer, go to Settings → Integrations and choose Pipedrive.
  2. Sign in to Pipedrive and choose the company to connect.
  3. Approve access. You're returned to Settings with the company name shown.

The connecting user needs permission to see the filters you'll dial and to add notes and call logs.

Mapping outcomes to a custom field

Because Pipedrive people have no built-in status, no field updates are set up when you connect. To keep a status in Pipedrive:

  1. Create a custom person field in Pipedrive (for example a single-option field called "Call status").
  2. Copy the field's API key from Pipedrive's data fields settings.
  3. In NitroDialer, go to Settings → Call outcomes and set that field and value on each outcome.

You can also set labels instead: use the field label_ids with a comma-separated list of label ids.

Speed-to-lead from Pipedrive

Use a Pipedrive automation (trigger: person created) with a webhook action, or Zapier/Make, to push new people into a running campaign. See Speed-to-lead webhook.
